Penn-Del ISA COVID Plan

The Penn-Del Chapter of the ISA will follow the current guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the State of Pennsylvania's Department of Health, and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Before You Arrive

  • Are you symptom-free? If you feel sick, please stay home. Use the CDC's Coronavirus Self-Checker guide to learn more about symptoms and to complete your self-assessment.
  • The Penn-Del ISA strongly encourages all participants (attendees, exhibitors, presenters, volunteers, and guests) to be fully vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) prior to the start of the conference.

Face Masks

  • The Penn-Del ISA strongly recommends that all attendees, partners, and exhibitors wear face masks while indoors at our Annual Shade Tree Symposium and other events. This includes while in educational sessions and on the trade show floor.
  • Free face masks will be available at registration and the Penn-Del Booth.

During the Conference/Workshop/Indoor Event

  • Please wear your face mask. If you forget to bring a face mask, lose your mask, or need to replace your mask for whatever reason, we have extras available at registration and the Penn-Del Booth on the trade show floor.
  • Please follow all recommended Health & Safety procedures. Including, washing your hands, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home if you are sick.
  • The Penn-Del ISA asks that our attendees, volunteers, exhibitors, and guests respect one another. Please treat everyone with respect for their wearing of a face mask. We want our events to be a 'No Shaming Zone'.

What If I Cancel Because I Feel Sick or Have Been Told to Quarantine?

  • Attendee registration cancellations must be received in writing at the Penn-Del ISA's office before February 15, 2022 for a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
  • Attendee registration cancellations received after February 15, 2022 will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].

What If I Test Positive After the Conference?

  • All attendees and exhibitors who test positive for COVID-19 between February 14 and February 24 are asked to report the positive test to the Penn-Del ISA by calling 484-523-9444.
